Not that I can find.
I wish I could speak to a Company official, but can't get past the secretary who tells me to refer to the website for info.

Bob, The 10-SB provides info on the stock the company sold to raise funds.

According to my calculations, I think there are probably a few shares still moving into the float from that. But I also think we are nearing the end of it. Of course, the more volume, the sooner they clear through.

And if Biomoda signs a deal with a major pharmaceutical company, it could all be a moot point. :-)

Here's the filing for up through Mar 31, 1998...

sec.gov

Changes in Financial Conditions

The Company sold 4,895,077 shares of its common stock. The Company's net proceeds from the sales of common stock were $808,450. The average selling price for the common stock was $0.165 per share.

The Company's net working capital increased from $168,190 at December 31, 1997 to $1,186,203 at March 31, 1998. This increase is due to two factors -- proceeds from the sale of the Company's common stock and from the unrealized gain of BioModa, Inc.

Hope that helps.
