Steve-- How many board members were there? Four? Even at today's price of 30&#162, 2.25m shares would equal $675,000, or $168,750 a piece for these board members that you describe as "not active in day-to-day affairs." What was the time period these people were being compensed for? If it was even a year, that is beyond excellent pay for part-time work. I am not for stiffing people that work for Oilex, but this one does seem excessive. I am glad Califtalk put paid to this little scheme. And no change of the board? Who was the chairman before? The treasurer? If it wasn't Califtalk, then there was a big change. Good luck with your CAYC stock...I don't see Oilex in its future anymore. Cheers! Rick
