NOW we have a good context for your comments, Ken. Thank you.

Let's see, Ken...

Per Message 5187325 on July 14, you initiated your short at 24.

Per Message 5261736 on July 21, you added to your short at 21 5/8.

Per Message 5293821 on July 23, you doubled up at 21 3/8.

Per Message 5288387 on July 23, "Smart money did not cover". We have to assume from your posts that since you think you are smart, you didn't cover any of your short. Otherwise you would be calling yourself stupid and that's not very likely.

Per Message 5302661 today, you are somehow short 20,000 shares at an average price of 23 1/2. Tell us Ken, how can you sell at 24 and 21 5/8, then double up at 21 3/8 and arrive at a short position at an average price of 23 1/2??

I'd also like to point out that I personally know two people who have tried to short Zapata the past few days and their brokers called back to say they can't find any stock to short. This implies that much of ZAP is held in cash accounts because only margined stock can be borrowed. While this doesn't mean that you aren't short 20,000 shares, it is certainly unlikely, especially when one takes into account that you lied about your average selling price.

Hmmm, something smells very fishy here, but it's not Zapata. Now we caught you lying. And you think there's a problem with Zapata's typo in the heading! Can you think of a way to dig yourself out of this one?
