I was referred to a local builder Giovanni Smith. Mr. Smith advised me that he would have the model houses for the Affordable Housing Project completed by August 15th. He knew John well, knew of the Government program and said it was the Opposition Party that was causing the false press releases. He referred me to Gayle at PinkPig who e-mailed me numerous pictures of the ground breaking ceremony of the models for the first project in Belize. One picture has the Minister of Housing and John together. No way they can deny that. Mr. Smith advised me to wait a week and the whole issue would be resolved in favor of PRWT. He claims the Press Release is all political BS and that he is gearing up to build over 150 houses a month for the program. He said other builders would also be working with PRWT. GO PRWT

MoneyMade I N S I D E R T I P S tlhs@swbell.net PRESS RELEASE The Belize Information Service It has come to the notice of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Housing that a certain foreign company by the name of 'PAN AMERICAN BAN CORPORATION' is advertising on the internet that it is in the process of conducting mortgage banking in Belize through its wholly-owned subsidiary "Affordable Housing Group Ltd". A press release from the company further states that it has already received some six thousand mortgage applications from Belizean citizens and that the Government of Belize has guaranteed these mortgages. The Ministry of Home Affairs and Housing wishes to inform the public that the Government of Belize is in no way associated with this company nor has it given the company any mortgage guarantees. While the Government of Belize welcomes foreign investment, it will give its official approval to an investment project only after it has satisfied itself of the viability and genuineness of the project. The Ministry is not aware of any mortgage applications being processed by this company nor of any licence having been issued to the company by the Central Bank of Belize to conduct mortgage banking. Members of the public are therefore advised to exercise due prudence and diligence before making any investment with this company. ______________________________________________________________________________________ In my summary, there is only ONE Country called BELIZE and only one government there running it. I asked a thousand different ways to see If it was possible for PRWT to have a vested interest in properties there without the Housing Secretary not knowing about it...and from Three different officials, one reply "NO"
