The following issues are at play re PRWT/Belize 1. Third world country 2. Election soon 3. People trying to embarass others for political reasons 4. PRWT operates under multiple names 5. The various agencies in the government don't communicate real well with each other. Think about how well Newt Gingrich and Richard Gephart talk with each other. 6. Some of the newspapers are opposition newspapers 7. Builders who are building the houses are not government connected. Hence, they just want to build houses not argue or posture for political purposes.
