Hi Tom,

At this time I regrettfully am not at liberty to disclose the photos of
the grounbreaking in Belize. Our firm is currently in charge of the
development process for the Affordable Housing Group Ltd. web site. The
site, along with the photos which we do indeed have, will be released in
due course. Your patience is appreciated and will be rewarded in the
proper course of business.

As far as contracts, are you referring to the housing contracts? PPWS,
my firm, does not have any dealing in that matter as we are merely the
Internet development team under contract to develop PRWT's web sites.

I'm sure that Mr. Schmitz is very aware of the current distress from the
shareholders regarding the Belize situation. However, the shareholders
must remember that the Belize housing project is only one facet of PRWT's
business dealings. Please don't forget about the company's recent
accomplishments with PanAmerican itself and that of Insider Trading as
well. Patience and time will prove Belize to be another great
accomplishment of PRWT.

Thank you for your sincere interest.
