Rob, I don't see any problem with this plan. As far as # of shares are concerned I don't even think that is an issue. They can perform a stock buyback when they are actually up and running with a cash flow and no debt but we are way ahead of ourselves here. Right now we are concerned with saving the company. Would you like me to get in touch with Dale Runyon to see if we can get his support? I already know that he is in contact with IPM management. Chuck

Robert This plan looks like the most useful (=only) initiative shareholders can take. Would some permutation of the suggested BRX property purchase directly from Omega Message 5288879 be a reasonable fall back in the event discussions with IPM management falter? Ptask

Robert, Thanks for your work on this project, this has my complete approval, I will do everything in my power to help make this happen,but as you said this is going to take the cooperation of at least half of the share holders, I think i can bring in about 3 million shares. I also have had several conversations with Dale and i think we will need his 4 million shares to assure IPM's cooperation. I will try to speak to IPM and Dale over the week end and see if i can get something started. TO ALL IPM SHARE HOLDERS = for this to have a chance to work it is going to take complete cooperation from all of you and TO ALL OF IPM POSTERS who own no stock we ask you only to butt out, this don't concern you !
