You wrote, "Can Zit deliver?" As you may recall, a while ago I posted some information gathered from speaking with people at NIH (http://www.exchange2000.com/~wsapi/investor/reply-5009239). I was told that Zitel, through FDC, had already returned code and that NIH was "very happy" with it. Of course, one report does not prove the case, but it is a recent report that indicated that Solution Services of Zitel was performing quite well.
