James, both of these contracts (NIH & NY) are small and MD (not ZIT) is responsible for the actual conversion work. We have heard before that MD performed well on small contracts (AMC) ... but they never seem to get any follow-on work. Hmmm ...

Maybe ZIT can even deliver on one small contract ... but their history speaks for itself. BTW, with a market cap of $130M, ZIT needs 100s of these small contracts.

ZIT continues to be one of the best shorts.
Regards, Bill

<<Of course, one report does not prove the case, but it is a recent report that
indicated that Solution Services of Zitel was performing quite well.>>

My Friend, James:
Zit will be releasing it's Quarterly Report in a few more days.
Everyone will then know exactly how Zit's Solution Services is doing??
If Zit produces $250,000 in y2000 revenues, that will be a huge improvement.
But since Zit has probably spent between $15 mil. - $20 Mil. on y2000 since
Zit began investing in Dave Stewart's "THE silver bullet". It is nothing more
than a huge stock scam where Zit management has squandered (stolen)
Tens of Millions of Shareholder Dollars.(At least $35 Mil. in recent Reg. S Deals)

Your friend , Michael
