It's starting to look like these guys can't even run a AGM let alone a company. Once again management showing their true color. BTW I am not at the meeting just reading the posts.

Mark, IMO that's too damn bad. If shareholders can't read, they shouldn't invest. Improper votes are null votes. If current management tries to use an apparent vote against them to cancel the meeting the SEC will cancel them, I promise you.
