One of the insider told me their earnings is going to be 0.31.
I dont believe this at all !!!

I would love for the short sellers to pile on here.

Dream scenario:

AOL announces decent earnings, Steve Case withholds
announcement of split. AOL price action levels off.

Market trends down for a while and short interest in AOL
becomes very high. When the Nasdaq goes down to about
1750 or so (my target buy point from here, maybe late Sept.),
yours truly buys lots and lots of January call options.

Now, third quarter AOL announces good earnings and the
split! The shorts are squeezed out, and we're off to the races!
Yours truly buys another precision german automobile. :-)
