excerpt of satement by PUP Leader Said Musa: the UDP fabricated a completely false document which they claimed I wrote and which threatens to carry out a programme of mass victimisation. What a contemptuous last-minute attempt to turn public officers against the PUP!... This bogus fax, which all reputable media houses immediately discredited, is evidence only of the desperation of the UDP government, which is using taxpayer's dollars to propagate this fabrication. I have instructed my lawyers to take legal action against the persons responsible for publishing the vicious libels against me contained in that fabricated document.
