For those in cash --- Merry Christmas in July !!!! No point in averaging down yet...I NOW agree. But, this IS a point to put fresh money to work, again 40% of funds now and hold 2 additonal 30% allotments for averaging down or buying on the upturn. I am now raising cash....because this IS the opportunity of a lifetime - when the blood stops flowing. I will put 401K funds and all cash into this sector when we finally see the bottom; and wowwwww what a massacre. Paulo, I was 12 hours behind you buddy... There was no longer ANY buying support to force a turn; with todays news of fund managers dumping - that's it ! PS ...LT, don't get too bigheaded; there was no news or inside info which caused todays reaction versus info that we did not have last week... if one calls Wolf long enough, sooner or later one will walk out of the woods and cross the street in front of you... Slider, ...marginless, raising cash and slobbering all over myself for when this atrocity is finally over ! Obviously 10-15 -20 % is all that can be left from here; but I expected a bounce from yesterday and positioned myself for the bottom to be 10% above todays levels - no reason to take another 5-10% hit.
