The real question is do you think this will stop Americans from gambling over the Internet? I don't think so! Do you realize how many people gamble illegally in the US right now WITH OUT the anonimity of the internet and secure servers?

Amended bill now has to go back to House, and to the Conference Commitee.

Both Houses have to pass the final version of any bill.
