John has previously mentioned that future acquisitions will be paid for by existing shares. The only way this could be true is if they bought shares on the market, used personal shares or treasury stock shares. Treasury stock remains dormant unless reissued to the market. They were originally bought from the market.

It is my understanding that PRWT will file their first 10K around the middle of August.
