Instead of 22 and thin, I'm a lot older and "not thin", but join you in your request for any help Jane would care to share.

Here are writings by Christian leaders trained by the
Apostles themselves. It compliments the Word of God
and opens a window in the Christianity of the first
and second century Christianity. This is the history
of the Church before the reign of Constantine.

Here is Eusebius, the Father of Church History. He
was born in 260 A.D. and was Bishop of Caesarea when
he wrote The History of the Church from Christ to Constantine.
He was an eyewitness of many of the persecutions and
martyrdoms.

And here is Socrates's: Church History from A.D. 305-438;
And Sozomenus: Church History from A.D. 323-425

Socrates and Sozomenus give you a glimpse of the Church
immediately after Constantine and other Emperors converted
to Christ. Somewhat dry but excellent windows to help
you understand early Chrsitianity.

Regards

Emile

Dear Grant:

Would you please help me lift two individuals up to the Lord for sanctification. Lets call them Bill and Tom.

They are two individuals that are living in flesh and lust. One has been divorced for 6 years and the other is 49 years old and has never been married. This is sad to say but I think they are Christians but do not know for sure. If they are Christian the carnal man has completely taken over in both of them and the spirit man is just about dead.

It is so sad to see 50 year old men having sexual relationships with daughters of their high school classmates, girls 18 and 19 years old.

Which brings you to another road to go down. What emptiness is it in the lives of these young girls that would lead them to seek fulfillment in a relationship with men as old as their fathers.

Lets lift the girls and these men up to the throne of grace. In Christ name. Amen.

Hardly anything shows up until 25. For interesting reasons only He knows, our cells almost magically replace themselves no matter what we're doing. It's like they have a preset course to override a really poor childhood or something. Anyway, unless a human is terribly starved, or fed obvious pollutions and poisons in their food and water, they will still be able to look really good.

Then, bam. The divine protection goes away, and you're on your own. From then on we become our own motor engine. Put in the worst gas possible, full of water, for instance, broken down poor quality oil--don't change the oil either. Save the money, right? Also the radiator. Just pour some water in their and every few months put a little more in. This car soon is not worth repairing and you know it. It is traded out for parts or scrape.

Run your body like your car. Don't want it to last very long or be immune to disease? Buy into the fact that you get all you need from your food. (I would have to get on the floor and roll around laughing on this one.)

Don't start noticing that all of the vitamin freaks look like slightly prematurely aged 20 year olds. While those their age seem to look like their elders.

Well, I did the exact opposite and the effect truly has been a source of amazement to myself as well as others.

There was a very interesting woman who strongly influenced me. She was a rather beautiful older woman, a little on the heavy side, or of course she would have looked probably 10 years younger at the least.
She owned a health food store, and we were discussing some nutrition ideas, and I was kind of arguing wiht her about something. She had been giving me all of these nutritions and beauty secret hints, and I made her mad and she was European, and still had an accent, and I remember her poking me on the chest while he spoke. She said, NOT very pleasantly: "When I tell you something you listen. You look at me, you look close. You don't tell me what I know and what I don't know. I'm 70 years old, I work here 10 hours a day! You wanna be like me, you listen."

I said, yes mame!

That was just one instance. There have been thousands. Just start out at 22 with a decent mutliple vitamin at least every other day, and always pop extra C unless you are real, real rich and get to eat all of the fruit you want all day long. Or you live in an orchard. Otherwise, pop C. You can't overdose anyway, and you need it all day long.

If you are deficient you will have pin prick aches, tiny little mouth irritations, this sign and that sign. Once you know the signs you never will be deficient. I think especially now it is more important than ever to be really, really healthy.

I haven't gotten around to filling out my benefit thing for health insurance in over 3 months. She keeps asking and I keep telling her I forget, and I'm never sick anyway. But I'll get it in as I like the security.

Hi Grant,
I have been excercising allot and use a verse to stay focussed: You are to love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your mind and ALL YOUR STRENGTH. WOW, I thought about it being spiritual and physical strength as well. Just wanted to share for it has blessed me.
May the Lord grant you favor and success,
Nancy
