Are you sure that the one time charge really reduced the amount of cash? I believe that "one time charges" are often just book entries against the assets of the company, not actual cash outflows.

And think how much better earnings and cash levels would have been if the $21M hadn't been spent on the Symbios attempt? I'd sure like to know how it's possible to spend that much in just 4-5 months doing preliminaries and due diligence. How much did those lawyers charge, anyway? Was there a penalty payment due if not completed? If this question isn't asked at the annual, I plan to ask it.
