The Company reported a net loss of $9.0 million for the fiscal year 1998 and a net loss of $1.7 million for the fourth quarter. These losses were primarily due to development, sales and marketing expenditures for the Company's new Be There! product line. Primarily as a result of these losses, the Company's cash balance declined to $1.6 million as of June 30, 1998 from $3.1 million as of March 31, 1998. The Company expects to announce an additional cash infusion shortly.
