Mr. Metals, my opinion, which is not well accepted here, is that the road down is lubricated with a lot of stock recently registered for sale, and the overhanging presence of a possible floorless issue. But do not mention that too often here, people are a little upset when reality is presented. On the last run to 4 I sold my position and posted my reasons here, but this got me into heated arguments. Zeev PS, the company has just raised $2 MM so the floorless may not kick in, but the convertion conditions on this new convertible preferred is not know yet.
