Thanks for the photo... I took a look at it, and I would not exactly call 4 guys with a shovel a "groundbreaking ceremony". Gonna need more proof than that. I stick with my original hopes that the REAL gov't agency that IS involved with PanAm steps forward and clears this whole mess up... I have made several contacts in Belize over the past couple weeks from my own DD on Belize and I have forwarded the photo to them to see if they can identify any of those people as being part of the housing authority in Belize... I'll let you know what kind of response I get. Doc
