I've had a very hard week and I'm not in a very good mood. Also, I must admit that I haven't even read the prospectus yet, but my initial inclination on the proxy vote is:

1. (Directors) I think I'll vote "Withhold all Nominees." The entire list of proposed directors will almost certainly be elected by a huge margin. I'll vote against them as a protest to let them know that I'm not happy about losing money on ADPT.

2 and 3. (Options) No way, the options will just get exercised and sold immediately anyway. Dilution is not the solution. I'm voting "Against."

4. (Ratify Accountants) Sure, why not, they're probably as good as any. I'm voting "For."
