Colleen, when you call BD, be sure to ask the following:

1) How far along are they in the audit of Guido's report?

2) Are they accustomed to Wells submissions with the SEC?

3) When do they leave for the on-site inspection and random samplings based on Guido's findings?

4) How many projects have they done for Guido in the past?

5) How well do they know Terry Turner?

6) And finally, is no more than three months a reasonable expectation for the whole process to be completed?

Cytotech: I'd first like to say I'm long on MINE, though I say little I do read most all the post. First of all, after following the so called desert dirts for more then three years, I'd have to say that most people felt the same way at IPM and Naxof when BD was hired. So even if they won't contract with just anyone, the fact remains that they have contracted with them, and that in itself did not make a proven claim for either of them. I can also tell you that many people tried calling BD and they do not talk about who their working for, but who knows maybe you'll be able to work your charm and get more info then most. That being said, it's also great that BD has worked with Guido in the past, and that when their done we'll have no doubt as to what's going on. I still believe in Guido and think BD is a great choice to do this confirmation work, I just don't think that the hiring of BD in itself should be taken as a positive or a negative. Good luck to all, John F.
