CIMA, I will ask all these questions you have provided plus a few more. CIMA, do you think you can get a contact name or department from Sabrina or Guy? Perhaps Guy can respond here with contact information. I will call BD from scratch if you like, I usually conference with my husband so that two of us can hear what is said and agree on the interpretation of the conversation. If posters question my accuracy when relating telephone conversations, I smile. Cima some questions and comments for you!!!!!!!!!! <1) How far along are they in the audit of Guido's report?> Do you think BD has had the report for a while?? If yes, do you think this is why it took so long for the announcement we saw yesterday re BD, in other words BD has gone over report before agreeing to do the work???? <2) Are they accustomed to Wells submissions with the SEC?> Do you feel BD is going to essientially write the "wells" submission for GE based on the contents of Guido's report?? <3) When do they leave for the on-site inspection and random samplings based on Guido's findings?> The 8K of yesterday referred to no details nor terms of engagement, do you personally feel that there will be on site sampling??? <4) How many projects have they done for Guido in the past?> I am sure they have done projects for Guido in the past. <5) How well do they know Terry Turner?> Interesting! <6) And finally, is no more than three months a reasonable expectation for the whole process to be completed?> That's what Bre x took with Strathcona!!!!!!!!!
