Kemble, The plant was like a dream, but when I heard senior management at the meeting state "if there are ever lay-offs....then that would our fault...we would have failed." I almost fell out of my chair...it was a good thing you where there to catch me!! As you know, I work for a major corporation, and trust me they usually (never) take ownership for their short comings. Just one more very important reason that DELL is such "A VERY,VERY SPECIAL CASE"!!! Best, Steve
