The company is not hiring more people but are contracting with more sales reps. with the hope of their being able to get more business. Does this company have enough money to acquire other companies according to one of its game plans? The stock is worth very little to be used as collateral. It will be interesting to see how the stock reacts Monday to this news. I hope it does not break the June low. That would be very bad. Next week will tell whether this stock is all sold out. Is there anyone of significance going to bail out now that hasn't already done so? Backlog is important. No backlog no business. I don't see hiring a head of engineering as positive. Companies are not buying what it's selling. Soon, the company will be letting people go if business doesn't improve. I read somewhere that the bookvalue for this company is $5-$6/share. I wonder if this is still true? I see the last tick on Friday was up 1/16 on low volume. I believe, the volume has been low for quite a few days. This is a postive sign but, alas, Monday will tell or better yet Tuesday and the rest of the week.
