Actually, Colleen I disagree with you a little, and that is the crux of my argument.

If BD hired to be 3rd party, I do not think they would care if GE is a scam or not. They would have a large job to do, be paid well, and win or lose it is no skin off BD's nose.

However, if it legal to prepare the Wells...I would contend that BD has already reviewed the reports and has told that GE it could help. Otherwise, why take the job? Regards, Eric

Reputable companies work with anybody that has the money.

Guess you missed my post about IPM. Behre Dolbear worked with them for many months. They traded for over USD 10 Bucks while BD was working for them, but after BD's report they are now wallpaper.
