Eric, we are in agreement as long as we agree that no reputable company would get mixed up with a company like GE, who has an existing SEC action against them, unless the goods were there.

Look at Alan, Greystone, and other posters holding their noses when it comes to MINE. A reputable firm would act like it was going to get cooties if GE got near it, unless the gold is there...

I have not seen BDs books, but I doubt that they are in the financial straights that would motivate them to associate themselves with a scam operation.

Think about it, they already have Bre X to live down. Who needs another embarrassment? Bre X had no know actions against them, GE does. If they get involved in a scam they will lose face big time.

There must really be some gold in them thar hills, imo, for BD to get involved with a pink sheeted, sec labeled, jr, jr mining company like this.

Or....Mary made them an offer, using her trust fund, that they could not refuse. I am a realist, I see all sides and can accept the truth whatever it is.

BTW, why would Mary Erickson be raiding her trust fund if the gold was not there. She has millions, why would she be motivated to spend time in jail for money??

Common sense, Eric, Common sense. The reasonable man theory.

Alan may have a coronary from sheer joy if MINE turns out to be unprofitable. We shall see what we shall see.

Regards, Colleen
