I sold yesterday based on what I believe to be the most secure DD offered to date. The official government says in print that there is no deal. MoneyMaker called officials and offered their names and P#'s and stated they all told him there was no deal.

From what I've read since there has been no offer of DD that can be substantiated and the company itself will offer no such help right now.

I hope for all of you to do well, but I won't be buying back in until the dust settles, if it does. As for all the folks claiming inside information, I hope you know that it's likely that the SEC will be interested in the sources and dates of your information and a historical log of your transactions on this stock.

Watching with interest, Jon

Hello Everyone
I am just sitting here thinking, and just wanted to run this by everyone, I deal with a mortgage broker for mortgages, on both my res idence, and investment property.
Has it occured to anyone that PRWT is acting in the capacity as a mortgage broker, and a servicing company to the government bank in Belize, since this is a nation that has not had a mortgage program in the past, the banking industry there may need a co. with underwriting, and servicing experience, therefore everyone may not be aware of what PRWT is doing, and is just assuming that they are acting as a lender, instead of underwriting, and servicing. Just a thought, This could explain some of the confusion.

As always still very long on PRWT

Thanks

John
