Judging from their past behavior, I think ZITL will delay announcing earnings as long as possible. My prediction; August 20, 1998.

They are required to file their 10-Q on/before August 15.

I think ZITL will release early in the morning before the market opens, so the news bleeds out more slowly, rather than a typical after the market planned announcement.
