Brian, my opinion on WFR has not changed much, the delay in the 300 program forced me to cut out $12.5 from my target of $100/share by the end of 2000 (thus I now have "only" $87.5/share and since I think it will still be available once more under $10, you may be looking at a 9 to 10 bagger within 2.5 years).

As for the very short term, I had for last week, weakness until mid Wed (and we did get a mid day rally to cut losses by half), but Thursday caught me completely by surprise. One of the many reasons I think that the real decline will be delayed till Sep/Oct has to to with government manipulation of the markets (including AG and Rubin). The way to win an election is to have the economy and markets being in an "UP" direction (the actual level is less important for the market, it is the rate of change that counts). Thus sometime in October you want a low from which the markets can be in a sustained rise through election day. My model also includes some Asian developments leading to the decline into the low.

As for going down from here directly to 8300 due to a number of companies issuing "warnings", all I can say is that the warnings are out already, there are not many left to warn.
