TSIG is in the process of evaluating CCI with the possibility
of merging the two companies. The past of CCI has everything
to do with the present! If they mis-represented the finan-
cials, we need to know about it. If major lawsuits against
CCI have any legal basis, we need to know about it.

Let's verify any information we get before we write it off as
garbage. IMHO, The truth about CCI and TSIG lies between the
two extreme positions.
