Freon,

The former CCIS company gicone is refering to has changed its name to something else, I forgot it now, but somebody can help. That is the co. that people like gicone should deal with and not the present CCI which is newly incorporated under tsig, IMO. Maybe norms or someone with better knowledge about this issue can support my statement. Peace and good luck.

THIS IS ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT!

boy bloody tiring going over all these posts. The bottom line is as Dixie has already mentioned there is no intention of merging the two companies. TSIG only planned on purchasing intellectual rights (which they already have) and assets (if a satisfactory audit is completed). All remaining company matters, good or bad concerning the old CCI will be the problem of DP enterprises. Read the bloody sec forms, thats why there filed ie. to inform shareholders. To Giocone, TAKE YOUR COMPLAINTS TO DP ENTERPRISES, if you actually have some.

THANK YOU, and stop filling our board with useless crap.
