since it appears all have been shocked by this small observation, here's another related to revenues.

I reviewed both Brod & Intuit Q reports, and guess what?

they report net revenues on the op stmt!!!

this means they subtract the estimated returns & allowances up front,
unlike TLC, that accounts for them on the bal stmt.

correct me if I wrong, but the quality of earnings is definitely in question and I'm shocked that none of the analysts point this out!!!

trying to compare TLC's eps with Brod or intuit is like comparing apples to oranges, you can't.

Paul: Thanks. We have all come to understand that your activity on SI is proportional to your level of anxiety and, hence, to the rate of increase in TLC's stock price. Based on this, among other things, I am looking forward to a very pleasant week with TLC (assuming overall market stability).

it's fact! thereby, does TLC really earn estimated eps of $0.34? gaap rules thinks so, but you should decide

Paul, are you saying that you agree that TLC's accounting is consistent with GAAP but that you feel that the world's generally accepted accounting procedures should be changed? Is so, perhaps you should also conduct your lobbying efforts in some forum devoted to accounting principles so that maybe someone might understand and pay attention to you.
