I have watched the tape for many hours and done some trading on PRWT. My first buy was at .015 and accumulated 200,000 at that level. I did sell that lot in the initial run up. I then bought in again this time alot more than 200,000. I use E trade and they have never sold or bought say 50,000 shares in one chunk for me. I have called them twice to complain about it. If you order 50,000 while the ask is .055 they will quickly sell you 5,000 shares and then hold the remainder and then sell it to you when they want to at whatever price they want to. I would guess that they would sell you the remaining 45,000 five minutes later at .056 or .057 depending on what else is going on. Many people do limit orders and all or none as well. All or none puts you at the very end of the line in order execution.
I used to use a broker. When I would talk with him about buying, and limits, price etc. He would say to me, well do you want to own the stock or not. Sometimes you only are willing to pay x and if you don't get it you are not going to buy period. Under such circumstances do a limit. I do use limits and in fact used one yesterday on a $20 stock.
