DO YOU REALLY THINK, THAT WITH THE CURRENT PLACEMENTS, THEY WOULD NOT PAY BE AERO THE NECESSARY MONEY TO PRECLUDE CONVERSION?????? I don't understand how you can call the new financing "floorless" as IEL has the right to PUT stock at mkt using a 5 day window( 2days foward 2days back???) Yes, they can, at their option issue an excessive amount of when the price is down if they need the money but flooless usually implies thet the BUYER can obtain unlimited #s of shares by selling the stock into oblivion and going back to the company for more shares to make him whole. Stay away if you will, but please don't create an air of uncertainty and panic when it truly doesn't exist
