Thanks Bruce, this is immensely helpful. You guys are much more skilled at this kind of research than I am. I am learning and committed to doing a better job. I am feeling more at ease about this, but I will keep digging. I do not want to get blindsided by another landslide like the CC shares. Hope you all have a great time in Florida. I really did want to go and meet everyone. Maybe we can have a victory celebration when this is all over and give me another chance to see everyone. Jewel

Bruce, Thanks for taking the time to bring this information to the BB. You do a really good job of presenting good facts to questions asked. I could be wrong, but I am not concerned about the well earned DCTC shares that Edge shareholders own. I don't believe that with or without restrictions that those shares are going anywhere. I say this because Edge was an ALL stock deal and with the incredible value DCI bought for that small amount of stock, it's pretty obvious to me that Edge came aboard because they must have believed in Murphy's game plan. The main players in the DCI game plan that are in the "loop" and are a part of the big picture aren't going to be sellers IMO. James
