Mark: Poor logic? Why? BTW I have an undergraduate degree in microbiology and biochemistry. I'm not a scientist but I do have a very good background in organic and inorganic chemistry. Until the company shows us why we could not have had an answer, I'll believe otherwise based upon my personal knowledge. BTW how long does it take to do an SFA? Second, What more important issue is there to be working on? What commitment have we obtained from Ledoux to resolve it? Will it take another year? Its not impossible to know. Someone in management has to figure out this is important and make things happen. "I don't know what the letter says and neither do you." My point exactly. Why don't we know if such a letter exists? Compensation. This is no IBM. I'd love it if the short term outlook got incentivized. Wouldn't you? JLA

Now that the management remains as "status quo", is it your perception that the J/L process will get short shift? Is that the big difference in the views of Sid Kemp and Fred Arkoosh? Inasmuch as there seemed to be some major disagreements between the Fred Arkoosh camp and the Sid Kemp camp at the AGM, will these two be able to work together? Does anyone know what role Fred Arkoosh will play in decision-making? And just what in the world will Jimmy Johns be doing as Chairman of the Board? It seems to me to be a most unlikely "cast of characters."
