Kerry-- I'm working on my own Form, dunno what I'll call it yet, but here are some sample questions: 1. Do you feel that market fundamentals don't count for BB stocks? 2. Do you think that "doing DD" means calling The Company and believing what they say as, for example, against what you've previously read in SEC filings? 3. Are you convinced that most people who post to SI are also other people? 4. Do you frequently tell people that J.F.K. was actually killed by aliens from the Planet Xosha masquerading as Disney chararacters that day in Dallas? 5. Are you sometimes unsure whether you're for or against Your Stock, depending on what the hypester du jour tells you? 6. Could you be persuaded that the eternal snagged pantyhose problem could be solved forever were CYGS's antisense vector applied to the appropriate mitochrondrial tissue? 7. Are you convinced that whenever you run out of toilet paper it's the fault of the M&Ms? Please. I BEG all SI members to RESPOND to this simple questionnaire by the end of August. It is SO important. I'm sure you all understand that if we do NOT receive sufficient replies, the SEC will turn ALL OTC:BB trading over to the Sinister Canadian Brokerages. You have been WARNED.
