Glen< I would have thought a firm as large as PNC Bank Corp > I also at one time had an account with my banks discount house. The problem is, they staff them with clerical types, not experienced brokerage skills. Don't take this personal but with transactions and risk of your size, use a good full service broker, then you wouldn't have to put up with incompetence. Press them, kick them, sue them.They'l make up.
