Paunch, Are you volunteering to put together the list of shares and shareholders or are you just handeling your end of things? I will confirm what you said about Dale knowing that BRX is good dirt as he told Chuca and I the same thingthis past May at the Mxam AGM. What we need now IMO is a majority shares and a special election to get those idiots out of there. One thing to keep in mind was a bilaw they passed last summer that pissed me off and that was that a certain % of the BOD had to be Canadian. That should not be a problem, just something to ba aware of. I will send out a mass mailing of people that I have spoken with over the time of this disaster and inform them of our attempts to save IPM and try to get their involvment as well and their shares backing us up. So if any of you watching this thread get the mailing don't be surprised. If we are not successful in this attempt then I do have another idea that will preserve the old with the new money but we can discuss that as a last resort. Chuck
