Charles,
I don't have access to a full list of share holders, i attempted to get this list from IPM but they made up an excuse that it had been a while since had a list and their list would not be up to date. The list i have is only a partial list of share holders and i am guesing it to be between two to three million, however they have all indicated that they would be willing to do whwt ever necessary within reason to save IPM. Personally i believe it would be much better to save IPM than to incorperate into another company, although i believe it would be necessary to remove all present management. It dosen't realy matter what we deciede to do if we dont have more than 50 % of the vote, IPM would than have to cooperate and i have a feeling they will not cooperate unless that can have control of the money, and if they have control of the money i think we are doomed to failure. My opinion for what is't worth.

P.S. If someone has a list of all share holders i will volunteer to contact all of them and find out just how many votes we could represent, also if i had the number of Capital and Midus i would contact them also.

Charles:

>>>One thing to keep in mind was a bilaw they passed last summer that pissed me off and that was that a certain % of the BOD had to be Canadian. That should not be a problem, just something to ba aware of.<<<

Seems to me that IPM qualified for some exploration credits under Canadian taxation laws, thus the need for "Canadian content" on the BOD. I could be wrong on this, but I recall running across this someplace. Can anyone confirm this? I'll check further.
