Paunch,

I don't have a list either but I think I just figured out a way to some up with many names and e-mail addresses. I will let you know if it works.

I agree. Boot all the present management out in the diary air as they say in Wisconsin.

If you want the numbers to Midas and Capital then try giving Lew Green or Eli a call and see if he still has them.

Paunch, Any shareholder has a right to the current list from the transfer agent. You must be a shareholder and write from your registered address that can be looked up and certify that you wish the SH list for SH communications and not for promotion or sales purposes and the transfer agent will make you an up to date copy. Many will hold shares in the brokers name or at CEDE or depositary trust or other certificate holder organization. In that case you need to correspond with the broker under certain rules governing shareholder communication.
There is a form but with 10% of shares signed up you can call a special meeting at the expense of IPM and then you can vote what has been gathered.
There is a format to get the list, any securities lawyer will tell you what it is. When the transfer agent gets the request they ask the company if there is any reason that they should not comply with your request. If you have made an error they cite that error and reject the request. This forces you to correct the erro and do it all over, but now they are alerted and will start to marshal their proxies and they can usually rely on omnibus proxies from the depositaries which they vote at management discretion to win the day. It takes some time and effort to overcome anyone with over 25% of the shares since you will only be able to reach about 50% and that leaves management only needing to get 25% omnibus votes but you need 50% SH votes.
The internet will help in this task.
