Very interesting information. To share holders - I am getting E-mail in from alot of people but I know there are alot more out there. I need this E-mail and share count and whether or not you are willing to participate in a private placement if it was offered. the quicker ya'll can get this to me the easier it is for me. I don't want to play the Jerry Lewis telethon here so please get this information to me ASAP. Come on Maggie I know you are out there. I know where you work darn it so don't make me come looking for you <g>. If Frank Stauffer is out there reading then I expect an E-mail from you as well if you still own shares. Now everyone get on the ball and let's give this a shot. Don't do it for the gipper or anyone else just do it for the sake of your portfolios. Take a lesson from Nike and "just do it". Everyone, please listen. I know alot of people out there have doubts on whether this will work or not. Hell, I have doubts on whether it will work but humor me for a little while longer and give me and the other 2 gentlemen a chance to try to do what is right for everyone. There has been a little confusion caused by some E-mail that was sent out by an IPM share holder. I am working on getting this coordinated so everyone is working and thinking on the same track. Chuck
