ruthie, Management gave fred the perfect opportunity for all of them to work together. They named fred COO and gave him control of certain aspects of the company. That was not good enough for fred. He did things behind Sids back and went outside of his realm of responsibility. Then he organizes an Anti-sid campiagn. It doesn't sound like fred is willing to work with anyone but himself. After It was clear that fred didnt have the votes i suggested privately to fred that this was the perfect time for hime to stand up and say that he supports conventional and JL and that he is very willing to work with sid. He agreed. When the meeting resumed i expected fred to stand up and unite the two sides. It never happened. Larry Macklin
