"Emile, your wife may perceive that some miracle of healing happened to her. However, there are many reasons people spontaneously recover from illnesses, " Don't you get tired of your trite opinions and compulsion to always have one? My wife was healed by the Lord Jesus Christ in l969! Her disease had developed precancerous cells and her doctor gave her six months to live. The healing can be verified by calling: Dr. Larson at Methodist Universit Medical Center in Chicago, Ill. Dr. Person in Lafayette, La. Both are specialists in gastroenerology. He disease was degenerative Ulcerative Colitis. He colon had completely eroded and broken into her peritoneal cavity. On her monthly proctoscopes, Dr. Larson discoverd precancerous cells in l969. Prognosis; approx. 6 months to live. After Jesus healed my wife, she went for her monthly protoscope and Dr. Larson said: 'honey, the entire colon is regrown. I've seen remissions before but there is always scar tissue associated with it. I've never seen a case like this. You have no scar tissue, it's a miracle.' My wife then told her about her how Jesus had healed her. My wife was a Jew, a harpist and a hardened scientific atheist(I say scientific because she always thought she had the answers for everything). recently been accepted into the astronaut program( one of the first females) and also received a grant to do graduate work in Physics at Northwestern U. in Chicago. Her sickness collapsed her world and her body. She bleed profusely for 2 yrs. and was down to 90 pds. There was a smell of terror and death lingering in our home. One day while she sat on the toilet passing pure blood by the cups full she lifted her voice to the Lord and simply asked him, "Lord, if you're there I know you made everything, so you surely can fix this illness. Please heal me." The moment she prays those prays the ceiling in bathroom opened and she saw angels going up and down, and sudenly a strong force like a wind pused against her stomach. She told me she knew she was healed at that moment. She came out of the bathroom and told me, "the Lord Jesus healed me." I looked at her in complete unbelief. I said what? She repeated, "the LOrd healed me". I thought for a moment and I came up with this a Christine type answer: "You know you've been very sick and lost a lot of blood. The disease is obviously effecting your mind. Please don't tell this to our friends when they visit and embarrass me." She smiled peacefully and told me the rest of the story. I totally disbelieved her. She went for her monthly protoscope and the Dr. told her about no scar tissue. She gained her weight back quickly but her arrogant personality had been replaced with a peaceful and gentle personality. There was a peace about her that troubled me. I knew something spiritual had happened but I didn't want to think about it..........
