Ok, we will see. Nobody can predict the future. I am sure we will see many more run-ups in the future.

Roger,

I called the transfer agent (Alpha Technologies) in Salt Lake City Utah twice on Friday at 1-801-278-1777. No one answered the phone except their answering machine. I left a message for them to return my call to no avail as of the end of the day Friday. What are the last figures you are aware of please post so I can check them and post publically on your claim that shares have been floated above the 100M authorized!!! I find that hard to believe so I want you to post publically your figures so that I can check on them and verify if your post are really in our best interest.

Why are you pushing so hard to scare all investors in this stock. I can understand trying to keep everyone open minded as to what might or might not be going on but you are constantly harping and bashing LTGL past what would seem like a reasonable effort. Why? Do you still own shares of this stock, if so why? Why not sale and get your .03 cent per share instead of 0 if you are so sure or are you not so SURE!!!!

Have you visited LTGL? Have you met Spencer? How can you generalize that LTGL is located in scumsville (that is too stero-typical for me) and how can you say that reflects on his integrity. Are you saying good honest sincere people can not be located in a poor neighborhood. COME ON NOW!!!! Maybe you would say I am scum because I don't own a $500,000 home? Who knows what your criteria may be to make such genearalizations....

As for audited numbers, I feel almost certain that we will not see the fantastic numbers that we have been lead to believe (I WOULD LOVE TO BE WRONG and I have no proof one way or another just my Instinct). I dont think a company of this size would have delayed these number without reason. I believe the reason is the numbers are not what we have been lead to believe. I still think audited numbers will help in the sense that we will all know where LTGL really is financially and I do believe they are selling product at a significant increase. Someone posted a message about a couple of one time expenses that were not previously in their numbers. I know for sure they should have some legal expenses for the Russo case, hence I could see where a couple of one time expenses could hurt the balance sheet and previously touted numbers. I remember they claimed a Net Income (profits after all expenses) of $99,043 after 9/30/97. So even if the one time expenses mentioned are true it will not put the company in too bad a financial position IMO especially with the improvement we are seeing this year in Revenues, Acquisitions and Profit Margins. This is why we investors need the audited results, so that we can evaluate their balance sheet and see where are investments will or will not be in the future (we can then honestly evaluate the company based on true financial figures).

With audited results I will be able to evaluate LTGL as an investment and I hope you will too. Without them we are all at risk. If we didn't know that then we should be investing in Mutual Funds or Blue chips not LTGL.

Please post your STOCK SHARE figures ASAP! Also it does not seem that the SI board would be an appropriate medium to make personal attacks out on specific individuals. I am sure others would concur.

Thanks,

Eric
