Hi Van, The voting deadline for the Chapter 11 reorg plan is Tuesday July 28, 1998. That's tomorrow! We should know Wednesday whether the plan was approved or not. If the plan is approved, then we will have to fight it in bankruptcy court. If not approved, CAI may then have to undergo a Chapter 7 asset liquidation. And while common shareholders are last in line, there could still be a chance (if we are lucky) of some kind of recovery. Of course, there would have to be some very serious parties bidding for CAI's spectrum rights and other assets. Zorro
