DEAR THREAD,

I have read all the posts on this thread, am very interested in MVEE, but have not bought any stock yet. First Miracle is a very intriguing company; the positives as I see them are the following:

1) opportunity to take a position at a very low price (stock is cheap);
2) unlimited upside (any movie could be an unexpected hit);
3) company principles have successfully executed this business plan before and give considerable evidence that they are going to do it again;
4) the product is comprehensible (compared to the hi-tech companies where one may only have the faintest idea of what is going on);
5) large and growing market for the product (cable, video, and foreign markets are only expanding).

The negatives include:

1) huge number of outstanding shares (and correspondingly, huge float);
2) company is non-reporting (this may be a rule-out factor for some investors);
3) principles ran afoul of SEC in their previous business outing;
4) principles strayed from a successful business plan previously;
5) difficulty and uncertainty in predicting earnings (gross revenues are unpredictable and the various revenue-sharing arrangements make it difficult to determine what will fall to the bottom line);
6) low PE afforded the industry (due to item 5 above, I guess).

Investors are in a holding and waiting period now, and the stock price is stagnant. This will not always be true. At some time, announcements will be made, movies will premier, new movies will be announced, stars will be signed on, deals will be cut, and revenues and profits will be reported. Things will start happening pretty fast, and the stock price will begin to move. At this time, bashers and shorters will come to the thread and attempt to make a big deal about the 6 negative items listed above.

To me, now is the time to get our house in order. I will throw out the following suggestions:

1) Start a Facts Thread that has basic information, links to particularly informative posts, and contains any company press releases. When the total number of posts on the regular thread gets to 1500 or so, it will be particularly difficult for any new person to read all the posts. Let's make relevant information readily available. I will volunteer to help index the existing posts to identify the particularly informative ones.
2) Let's make it a priority to have the company be fully reporting to the SEC. This will protect us in the long run, eliminate # 2 negative item above, attract investors, and fulfill one of the requirements to obtain a NASDAQ listing.
3) Let's research, publish, and thrash out all that went on with Cannon Pictures. Let's get all the dirty laundry out on the table and exposed to full light. Then when good things start happening with the stock, and the bashers come on board, we simply refer them to these posts. We have nothing to hide. This will mitigate negative items #3 and #4 above.
4) Let's make every attempt to quantify expected earnings (this addresses item #5 above).
5) Let's share our sources of research. I have no idea how to go about researching Cannon Pictures. However, those who live in California or those who have invested in the movie industry previously probably know of valuable sources.

This thread lacks a threadmaster (who on some threads does ALL the work). I am neither qualified nor able to be the threadmaster, but I am willing to help. I welcome all comments, suggestions, and volunteers!

Here's to a profitable cooperative effort, Suzanne.
