I know ... LOL ... I always thought that myself. You know here on SI is a good example of what people do when it is lawless territory. People accussing everyone of everything for their own ignorance and lack of common sense. Oh but let a voice of reason with solid DD show as a naysayer and look out they have an ulterior motive. Though I do not travel the cuberworld naysaying stock I do however give an opinion on a stock when it is brought to my attention.

I look first for the negative and if it survives my tolerance level for that I move forward with my DD. First and formost is the structure and is it being used as a financial vessel to fund the company. Without that as the based you are gambling of projections because the stock structure is what all financial calculations are based upon.

People go well if you are not considering the EPS, PE, book and so forth you are just momentum trading. Now there is an oxymoron. How can you base your investment on something as unstable as the stock structure?

What about reverse splits? Heck some companies sell out through what ever means they can all their authorized stock then reverse split. Well the issued is reduced but the authorized is still the same. what is to stop them from starting all over again issuing shares.

Again Common sense. I know one thing that is proven everyday in the market... If you have no common sense soon you will have no cents.
