The question about the price already being built in is an excellent one. I wish I had the answer as that is the reason that I am still on the sidelines. Could anyone here bless us with some technical wisdom and experience? Thanks in advance. Modano : )

CMGI owns 36.7% of GCTY-I have no clue as to how cmgi's stock will respond to the ipo. The ipo is definitely in the price already, but I am betting a couple of bucks in august calls that it will move upward once the "momentum" types get their info from cnbc, et al. There is no way anyone can quantify what the GCTY/CMGI market relationship will be-it will be a matter of media coverage/perception/market sentiment which is always an unknown for most of us.
